"Kathy was professional and in fact she went beyond the call of duty. I was a out of town seller. I called her because she had been sending cards promoting the area in which our house was located for years. We had tenants in the house which I feared would create some challenges. In fact, the tenants did turn out to be difficult and she handled them with great tact. The house needed some repairs, and she arranges the repairs. We had issues arise with several matters and she took care of them promptly and with courtesy. The house was under contract in less than two weeks and closed in about six weeks. I have never meet Kathy personally, but I would use her again in a heartbeat."
